Inspection Photos

Not all issues identified during inspections are thermal related. Some are found during the process and identified as a visual issue .This particular issue is an extremely hazardous issue and had VERY serious potential as a FIRE hazard! This type of issue should be mitigated immediately and be noted within the organization going forward that more frequent cleanings of this equipment and of similar type should be scheduled for cleanings to avoid this kind of situation in the future.
